About the Project

• ’Concealed’ represents how female rage must be hidden to be accepted as a woman in society
• A face of a woman is painted on the skirt, portraying a calm expression. Underneath a pleat of the skirt, red is used to symbolize rage that is hidden but is shown upon movement.
• The halter top makes use of a fabric with vinyl golden circles, allowing the wearer to shine.

Materials: Cotton, repurposed clothing, vinyl, fabric paint, lace
